In accordance with the provisions of the current, and applicable regulations on the protection of personal data and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), Bservicer Básico SL (hereinafter Básico Living) informs users that it has created a profile on the social network(s) Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, with the main purpose of advertising its products and services.

The user has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the page created by Básico Living, thus showing interest in the information published on the network. By joining out page, you give us your consent to process the personal data published on your profile.

The user can access the privacy policies of the Social Network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to guarantee their privacy.

Básico Living access and processes publicly available user information, specifically contact names. This data is used only within the social network itself and is not incorporated into any other data processing system.

 

Rights of interested parties

Regarding access, rectification, limitation of processing, erasure, portability and objection to the processing of your personal data, which you have and which can be exercised before Básico Living, in accordance with the GDPR, you should take into account the following nuances:

Right of Access: This is the user’s guide to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that has been or will be carried out, as well as the information available about the origin of said data and communications made or planned regarding them.

Right of Rectification:  This is the right of the affected party to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected. Right to Object:  This is the user’s right to prevent the processing of their personal data or to have the processing of said data by Básico Living cease.

Basic Living will carry out the following actions:

Access to public profile information

Publication on the user’s profile of all information already published on the Basic Living page.

Send personal and individual messages through the Social Network channels.

Page status updates that will be posted to the user’s profile.

The user can always control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest to them, and restrict who they share their connections with; to do this, they must access their privacy settings.

 

Publications

Once a user joins the Básico Living page, they may post comments, links, images, photos, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the social network. In all cases, the user must be the owner of the content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of any affected third parties. Any publication on the page—whether text, graphics, photos, videos, etc.—that offends or is likely to offend morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or that infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to one’s image, or the law is expressly prohibited. In such cases, Básico Living reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the user’s permanent account suspension.

Basic Living will not be responsible for content freely published by a user.

Users should keep in mind that their posts will be visible to other users, so they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.

Images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any processing system by Básico Living but will remain on the Social Network.

 

Contests and promotions

Básico Living reserves the right to hold contests and promotions, in which users connected to its page may participate. The rules for each contest or promotion, when the social media platform is used, will be published on that platform. Básico Living will always comply with the LSSI-CE (Spanish Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce) and any other applicable regulations.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer, in any way, any of our promotions, nor is it associated with any of them.

 

Advertising

Básico Living will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services; in any case, if it decides to process your contact data to carry out direct commercial prospecting actions, it will always comply with the legal requirements of the GDPR and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending the Básico Living page to other users so that they too can enjoy the promotions or stay informed about its activity will not be considered advertising.
